I wonder if this tearoom has any connection with the Ladies' Luncheon Room from Miss Cranston's Ingram Street Tearooms in Glasgow, also designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, which was installed in the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC during their Art Nouveau Exhibition in 2000/2001.

Yes, yes, it does have a connection! Mackintosh designed several tearooms for Mrs. Cranston...there is even a link on the website I sent you to about "Mackintosh and Kate Cranston"...bottom left of the site.
